Paper feeding unit

1. The light alloy aluminum back-kick vacuum adsorption paper feed mechanism with several groups of rolling bearing to ensure more steady machinery operation.

2. Left and right baffle and back baffle position are controlled by computer and electric digital. The side baffle is equipped with pneumatic trimming facilities.

3. Consecutive or skip paper feeding, infrared photoelectric counting, general lock mechanism, brush dust removal mechanism.

Printing unit

1. High precision dynamic balance reticulated mottles roller, printing effect is fine.

2. The printing phase is controlled by computer and electric digit with 360 adjustment.

 3. The print plate roller is adjusted horizontally with computer and electric digit control ranging from-10mm to +10mm.

4. The interval of transmission roller, paper press roller and glue roller adopt self-lock structure.

5. Brush plate reset, printing ink inspection, fission brake location and water ink clean mechanism.

6. Has rapid handing plate mechanism.

 

Stacker unit

 

1. Connection arm operation with manually or automatically.

 

2. The driving belt of connection arm can adjust the elasticity alone and can choose the number of connection arm at will.
