1. Control System
Full automatic production control system, merely an order of box information is input on touch screen realize automation and enhance production efficiency;

2. Wheel Front Edge Feeder
1) Wheel lead edge feeder featuring accurate feeding, little vibration, long service and easy maintenance;

4. Auto Zeroing

5. Units Engagement or Disengagement

Duster (Multiple Row Brushes and Static Eliminator)

1. Printing Plate Cylinder 
1) It is made of quality steel with professional workmanship through strict dynamic/static balance tests, and then precisely milled; its surface is caved longitudinal/lateral lines to facilitate plate mounting;

3.Water and Ink Cycle

3. Anvil Cylinder (Upper cylinder)

4. Differential Compensation Device
The auto differential compensation function is able to offset the linear speed change due to the trimmed anvil covering automatically to secure the die cutting accuracy. In case the anvil cylinder diameter becomes smaller due to the trimming, its linear speed changes either accordingly, in this case, a differential device installed on the end of anvil cylinder is able to remain the linear speed same as that of die cutting cylinder, in this way, to make every lot of processed blanks in same size. Meanwhile, when twice trimmings are done, it still remains the requirement die cutting quality. This compensation is fulfilled with motor control system.

2.Folder
The picker paper front unit ,the paper is clamped forward by the upper and lower conveyor belt.
 The paper feeding end is loaded by a pressure spring , it is light pressure rubber wheel, and each pressure wheel can adjust the clearance size of the conveyor belt separately. The light pressure rubber wheel can prevent excessive pressure and ensure the accuracy of paper feeding.
 There are auxiliary folding strips on both sides of the folding beam to make the cardboard fold more quickly.
The middle part of the folding beam is equipped with three chrome plated roller lines to compensate for the press line inaccuracy from the print machine and other functions.
 The high-strength bridge wall, combined with the rack transverse guide mechanism, makes the beam more stable in positioning and running, and greatly improves its bending resistance.
 Adjust the tension and pressure of the belt, loosen the belt after stopping, and extend the life of the belt.
 The middle part of the left and right beam is fully adjust wheel, so as to improve the folding precision, double independent private servo motor linkage control and adjustment, and reduce the folding knife gap.And the lower beam is equipped with an auxiliary folding belt, which makes the folding of the cardboard more smooth and faster.

2. Power Equipment
Main power uses frequency converter motor works synchronously with printer;

3. Ejector

. The main motor, as the control power source, is installed at the clap level. Variable frequency speed-regulating motor is adopted to operate synchronously with the printing press through the feedback system, so as to ensure the smooth delivery of cardboard.
Double row chain drive, with tightening adjustment wheels, greatly increases instantaneous torque.

Multiple sets of servo motors are combined with high pressure cylinder drive to connect the separation frame, (hereinafter referred to as: servo high speed counting stacking system) to make the paper connect more quickly and accurately.
The pneumatic paper pushing mechanism and the servo motor linkage system will push the numbered cartons out neatly.
The rear baffle after paper connection can be electrically adjusted according to the length of the carton, and the left and right baffles can be adjusted in combination with the beam.And equipped with shock - proof gasket to reduce the impact damage of the carton.
The output part is equipped with an upper pressure paper wheel, which ensures that the output carton is tidy and the height can be electrically adjusted according to the number of sheets set by the carton.
