The slot department

1>. Pressing line rollers

(1)Pressing rollers use the HT-200 steel, outer diameter

196mm,they also use gear shapes with the optimized design, which

guarantee the line ball depth to be consistent, not to rupture.

2>. Slots axles

(1) Slot knife width is 7mm, the T10A tool steel is grinded after the

heat treatment, the cutting edge is sharp.

(2) Box height is adjusted synchronically by hand.cutting time of

changing order, highly effective and quick.

(3) Phase adjustment can be done by hand.

4. The transmission gear

The gear material is the QT-400 modular cast iron, thickness

35MM,which has the high resistance to wear, the simple

maintenance and so on.
