Printing Department
The printing roller and embossing roller are made of high-quality steel with ground surface and hard chrome plating. Dynamic and static balance correction, stable operation.
Adopting plate hanging mechanism, easy and fast installation.
The loading and unloading of the printing plate is equipped with a foot switch or operation surface to control the forward and reverse rotation, which is fast and convenient.
The paper feeding system is equipped with an automatic lifting anilox roller. When feeding paper, the anilox roller automatically descends to contact the printing plate. When the paper feeding stops, the anilox roller automatically rises and separates from the printing plate.
The phase adopts an electromagnetic brake fixing device, which is intelligently reset to zero, and can be quickly reset in dynamic and static conditions.
The printing phase adopts PLC touch screen control and electric digital 360 degree adjustment.
The paper guide roller has a rapid lateral movement structure, and the gap self-locking adjustment device.

Die cutting department
The rubber cushion roller and die-cutting roller are made of high-quality steel materials, and the surface is ground and plated with hard chromium. Dynamic and static balance correction, stable operation.
The stencil roller and the rubber roller are automatically disengaged by the cylinder eccentric device without die cutting, which can reduce the no-load load of the machine and prolong the life of the rubber and die.
Cooperate with the pneumatic automatic lifting device of the paper feeding system, (the rubber pad roller descends when the paper is fed) the rubber pad roller rises after the paper feeding is stopped to ensure that each cardboard is die-cut correctly.
The mechanically-driven Youli rubber roller moves 40mm left and right, and is equipped with a radial differential device, which can evenly distribute the rubber pad wear and greatly improve the service life of the rubber pad.
The die cutting phase adopts PLC, touch screen and electric digital 360 degree adjustment.
The machine is equipped with a rubber correction device that can be used after repeated corrections to the rubber pad.
