Features of the whole machine:

1. The electrical appliances and computer PLC software of the ink-wash printing machine adopt domestic well-known brands such as Qingdao TECO and Taiwan Hitech, with stable and reliable quality.

2. The bearings are selected from high-quality brands such as Japan's NSK and Humanistic.

3. Gears and other transmission parts are made of precision ground alloy steel. The strength, hardness, plasticity, impact strength and fatigue strength of the gear are improved through heat treatment process, and the quality of the gear is guaranteed by Vickers hardness standards.

4. The transmission gear is made of alloy steel material, formed by gear grinding process, and adopts helical gear design to enhance the gear tooth width and enlarge the gear contact area to minimize the overall damage caused by the mechanical instantaneous acceleration torque.
