Product Description

Machine functions:
1. This machine is composed of paper feeding and printing parts, and can complete the printing process of three and five layers of corrugated cardboard at a time.
2. The thickness of the wallboard is 65mm. The internal stress of the intermediate frequency quenching and tempering has increased the density, hardness, strength, toughness, and conductivity of the wallboard. Artificial aging treatment, large processing center pair processing, high strength and high precision.
3. The transmission system adopts gear transmission, high-precision gear grinding technology, low noise, enhanced gear strength, and improved gear transmission stability. All transmission gears are made of 40CrMnTi high-quality alloy steel, which is high-frequency quenched and tempered, super-hardened, and finely ground. It is strong and durable. The whole machine adopts enclosed spray lubrication and oil level balance device to keep the gears in a highly lubricated state forever.

4. Deep groove bearings adopt international famous brand bearings such as human-centered, and are inspected one by one, and they are qualified and put into storage.
5. Each unit is clutched electric and equipped with an alarm bell, which keeps ringing to warn during the clutch to ensure the safety of operators. The clutch motor is equipped with a constant torque clutch, which can buffer the collision of each unit in case of incorrect operation.
6. The phase intelligent linkage adjustment of each unit of the whole machine: from paper feeding to printing, each part can be automatically adjusted on-line, so that after a piece of cardboard is detected, it can be produced after fine adjustment.
7. On-line master lock: The main motor is automatically protected when the equipment is not combined, and automatically stops running when the running signal is obtained.
8. The main motor starts with frequency conversion, and the motor adopts frequency conversion motor. The electrical appliances adopt Siemens and other famous brand products.
9. Pneumatic components: pneumatic components adopt famous brand products such as Airtec, and diaphragm pump adopts Wuhan Jinchangjiang famous brand products.
