Absorb Type Single Facer Carton making Machine for corrugated paperboard
- It adopts a hood suction type structure and is equipped with a high pressure powerful fan. Suction with silencer, air source and electrical control are concentrated in the same operation cabinet, not less than 1.5 meters from the host, and the operating side is fully enclosed.
- Wall cast iron structure, wall thickness 130mm.
- Corrugated roller material is made of 48CrMo alloy steel, quenched and tempered, medium frequency quenched, surface polished, corrugated main roller diameter ¢ 280mm, surface hardness HRC 58 degrees or more. The key parts of the roller and pressure roller bearing are made of Wafangdian high temperature bearing.
- Pressure roller ¢ 292mm, surface grinding and chrome plating; cylinder control up and down movement, material is medium carbon steel No. 45, quenching and tempering treatment (with buffer device).
- The pneumatic control gives the rubber glue. The surface of the rubberized roller is ¢216mm. After polishing, the surface of the rubber roller is engraved with 25-line pit-type mesh processing and hard chrome plating. The surface of the rubber roller is polished and then plated with hard chrome.
- The raw materials of corrugating roller and pressure roller are provided by Zhongyuan Special Steel. The compact cylinder is made of ¢160mm cylinder.
- The preheating roller is made of Tiangang ,seamless steel pipe ¢ 320mm.
