Machine Operation
Choose the corrugated paperboard which you want to process, adjust the side feeding baffle (1 in Picture A) . Adjustment method : loose the screws in circle of below picture, move the two side feeding baffles (1 in Picture A) right or left , adjust the distance between two side baffles according to the length of paperboard , after finishing adjustment , tight the screw and fix the baffles .

When the length of paperboard is big , can move the front feeding baffle (3 in Picture A) right or left. Adjustment method : loose the screws in circle of below picture, move the two front feeding baffles (3 in Picture A), adjust the front feeding baffles to the suitable positions according to the length of paperboard , after finishing adjustment , tight the screw and fix the baffles .

Adjust the back feeding baffle (2 in Picture A) , adjustment method : loose the screws in circle of below picture , move the two back feeding baffles (2 in Picture A) forwards or backwards , adjust the suitable positions according to the width of paperboard , after finishing adjustment , tight the screw and fix the baffles .

Adjust the feeding clearance according to the thickness of paperboard : loose the screws in circle of below picture , move the front feeding baffles (3 in Picture A) up and down , make the distance between bottom of baffle and feeding table is 1.5 times of the thickness of paperboard . (when feed paperboard , can make the bottom paper pass and stop the second last)

Adjust the suction range of feeding table : first put one piece of paperboard on the feeding table , rotate the belt wheel which is with yellow circle in Picture Left , check the walking range of the pushing plate (the rectangle part in Picture Right) . Ensure that the distance between the pushing plate and the paperboard is 2mm when the pushing plate move the extreme edge of machine , then it can push the paperboard and make it feed forwards. If need to adjust the position of pushing plate , loose the screws which are circled in Picture Right , find the suitable position , and fix the pushing plate .

Put a piece of paperboard in feeding table, rotate the belt wheel which is in yellow circle of below picture , make the paperboard feeding forwards and touch with slotting knife . Then rotate the handle in rectangle of below picture , to adjust the slotting phase according to the required slotting depth .

According to the slotting quantity and distance , to adjust each slotting knife . Using the wrench loose the screw which is in red circle of below picture , and through the wrench to move the knife disc left and right to the right position , then tight the screw and fix .

Rotate the belt wheel in circle of below picture again , manually feed a piece of paper , make the piece of paperboard touching with slotting knife to be exact slotted .

Connect the power line , make the machine be charged with electricity . The part which is circled in square of below picture is the power line connection place , from left to right , the first three positions are three phase power line , the last one is zero line .

Put a pile of paperboard in feeding table , start the machine in button panel (4 in Picture A) , like below picture , press the "mainframe on" and "draught fan on" to start the machine . Then press the "mainframe speed on" slowly , to make the machine feed the paperboard and speed it up gradually .
